Don’t Forget 2 Breathe

The Don’t Forget 2 Breathe project is a Frequency Medicinals mental health awareness initiative.

My concept behind this movement is based on my lessons in meditation that have always been a major role in dealing with my anxiety and depression. The first part of meditation is breath control. Listening to yourself breathe helps to quiet the mind when submersing yourself into your meditation. Taking deep stomach breaths also help pull in more oxygen to your mind and body. After reading quite a few books and articles on how to control anxiety, I learned that information had been scientifically proven, to change such mental and other physical ailments.

In this project, my plan is to be able to provide a fashion line, and products that work as a symbol for the initiative. The profits of this project go towards creating affordable events that allow low income communities to come together and meet mental healthcare professionals, and holistic wellness practitioners to ultimately learn about the ins and outs of how to change your diet, change your mind, and change your life.
